If the material you seek cannot be found in our library, the material can be requested on an interlibrary loan for a small fee. The fee is normally 5 € per item, but material from nearby public libraries in the Kainuu region and from the National Repository Library (Varastokirjasto) is available for interlibrary loan for 3 € per item. Requests for interlibrary loans can be made in the library, by email or by telephone.
